A calm first route

Start with one real task — not the perfect request.

You do not need to learn every AI feature first. Pick a small task you already have, then make these three choices in order.

Good first tasks:a short email, a meeting-note summary, a study question, or a comparison list.

Your first click

Open the AI you can already use, then write this in your own words.

Keep it small: one task you can read and check yourself.

Help me with [one task].
It is for [person or situation].
Please avoid [one thing].
Return it as [a list / a short message / a table].

Keep private details out. Do not paste passwords, contact details, customer records, company secrets, or files you are not allowed to share. For medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions, use official sources and qualified human help.

01

Start with your situation

Tell AI what you need, who it is for, and one thing to avoid.

This prevents the most common weak answer: a generic reply that does not fit your actual task.

02

Choose the answer shape

Ask for the list, table, message, or short draft you can use next.

A useful answer is easier to keep when it already arrives in the form your next step needs.

03

Check what matters

Before you share an important answer, check who said it, when, and what the original says.

AI can help you organize information. It should not replace checking names, dates, money, or original sources.

After your first try

Choose the work you want to move forward.

Writing, research, repeated work, building, and improving a result all have different useful starting points.
